AMSKY Sand Type 3D Printer Was Awarded “Four New” Technology Prize in Chinese Casting Industry

On May 17th, sand type 3D printer from Guangzhou Amsky Technology Co., ltd. was awarded "Four New Technologies (New Equipment)” by China Foundry Association on "Four New" Technology conference held in Beijing. We have learned that AMSKY sand type 3D printer will be recorded in "Four New" database of Chinese foundry industry after “Four New Technologies” awarded, and participate in the review of related awards from relevant state departments, promoting R&D and application of “Four New Technologies” in casting industry. In the conference, Ms. Zhang Jing, brand manager of AMSKY, accepted the award on behalf of AMSKY.

Manufacturing industry is the subject of the real economy and the main battlefield of technical innovation. At present, manufacturing industry in China is in a period of transformation from big manufacture to strong manufacture. While the transformation of "Four New Techniques" (new technologies, new crafts, new materials, and new equipment) can effectively improve the traditional casting industry and promote the casting industry to continuously improve the technical level and advanced capacity proportion, assisting the implementation of the "made in China 2025".

Before that, all the print heads used in the domestic 3D printing devices are dependent on foreign imports. The high price of print leads to high price of 3D printing devices, which far more satisfy the rapid manufacturing demand for 3D printing in the domestic manufacturing industry. Benefiting from all the core components self-produced, AMSKY sand type 3D printer effectively reduces the device cost and maintenance cost, which is in favor of the large-scale popularization of the 3D printing technology and brings the breakthrough of device for "made in China 2025".

At the same time, Ms. Zhang Jing says, AMSKY, as an enterprise of industrial technology, has been pursued the technical breakthrough unremittingly. "Four New Techniques" award, on the one hand, is the affirmation of AMKSY’s years of research and development; on the other hand, it also encourages AMKSY to make better results in the field of 3D printing.
